I have never had vision problems with Keppra, it sometimes makes me a tiny bit unsteady when I get up in the morning that's all - it changed my life. After 30 years or so of seizures it controlled things 100% for 10 years. Then I was changed to a generic brand - and slowly went downhill. (Easy to see in retrospect) I took the generic for 3 years and have been back on 'real' keppra for the last 3 years. However despite gradually increasing the dose from 2 x 500 per day to nearly 2 x 1000 per day I am still not stabilised. The medication I have taken over the years other problems - memory & osteoporosis. But that's life I guess.
