No-Crust Pumpkin Pie (sugarless) - 18g Total Carbs,
2g Dietary Fiber

Ingredients
a.. 3 eggs

b.. 1 c. milk

c.. 4 tbsp. flour

d.. 1 c. sweetener (Splenda or such)

e.. 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

f.. 1/2 tsp. salt

g.. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

h.. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

i.. 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices

Directions
1.. Just mix up all the ingredients and pour into a lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to settle for at least 20 min. Serve with whipped cream.
