Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 garlic cloves
1 piece fresh ginger root -- 1-inch long, peeled
2 tablespoons lemon juice -- fresh is best
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoons tahini -- sesame seed butter
oil -- as needed
Put the ingredients into a blender or food processor - something that will chop it all up and blend it well.
Serves 6
AuthorNote: This is a salad dressing I've been making for at least 20 years, and it's always a hit. It's great as a dressing, but can go onto steamed vegetables and rice, or many other dishes. For the oil, use olive, canola or whatever you use, and add as much or as little as you want.
