I assume this uses cilantro (like a pesto) as 1/4C of coriander would be awfully overpowering. Otherwise it sounds like a sauce I'd try.

1 small jar artichokes
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 medium garlic cloves
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt, as per taste
1. Place the garlic cloves, coriander, lemon juice, walnuts , both oils, pepper and salt in a food processor and blend till everything becomes smooth.
2. Now break up the artichokes gently and add to the sauce. No more blending is needed.
3. Pour over your choice of pasta, toss and serve!
