10-oz. bag fresh spinach
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Pepper, to taste
1. In a medium sized pot, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
2. Add spinach and sauté until wilted. 3. Add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
