I hope you're not, but if you are, that's not good. When I was in school, I was always accused of daydreaming and not doing my homework like I should have. Looking back, I just wonder if some of those times were absence seizures. Of course, I was on sedatives at the time (Phenobarbitol, Tegretol, etc.), so that could have been part of it too.
I have had a panic attack before, and in my experience, it was like I felt like my heart was going to explode out of my chest, I was breathing fast, and it seemed like all my emotions were about to come out like a volcano and that scared me. It wasn't an aura (much less a seizure), and that was actually the farthest thing from my mind at that moment.
