Thank you! I used to eat a tablespoon everyday and put it on my face. I have not done that in a while. I am still struggling with staying on F-5. I think I need to go back and read the book to get super motivated.

hi linda, while there are many benefits listed for the use of coconut oil, I haven't seen anything referring to breast cancer. as far as cholesterol, I was reading a web site that said "Studies in both humans and rats show that coconut oil improves important risk factors like Total, LDL and HDL cholesterol, which may translate to a reduced risk of heart disease."

personally, I use coconut oil for cooking, oil pulling, and making homemade cleansers for my face and hair. oil pulling is swishing coconut oil in your mouth (do not swallow) for 5 mins ( I think ) each morning. it is supposed to be beneficial for the teeth and gums.
