Yogurt Crusted Salmon - 1g Carbs, 1g Sugar

From: www.diabetesdaily.com
This delicious recipe may be the fastest and most foolproof way to cook fish.
Prep Time:5 min
Cook Time:5-10 min
Passive Time:10-15 min

1 Salmon filet (5 oz per serving)
1 Tbsp plain non-fat yogurt
1 dash Spike (or other blended seasoning)

Heat oven to broil.
Place the top rack higher in the oven so the salmon can broil nicely.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Let the salmon come to room temperature before cooking.
Wash it off and pat dry.
Place salmon on the baking sheet.
Cover each piece of filet with about 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Spread evenly.
Dash some Spike over each piece of salmon, making sure it is seasoned to your taste.
Place salmon in the oven and broil for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how rare you want it. I recommend medium.
Take the salmon out of the oven and serve with fresh lemon slices.
