[epilepsy] Welcome to new members.

And remember you can check your email settings to make sure you are getting everything, or you can just come to Yahoo.

Happy Holidays to all who celebrate them.

Hope all of you are doing well.

I haven't been sleeping well and was very shaky this morning.  I hope that changes because I am less likely to black out if I sleep.  Black out is the easiest way to describe it and makes perfect sense to me.  But because others have asked me what I mean, I will try to explain it.  I don't fall. I do lose consciousness but judging by that if I am in church and it is a hymn, it isn't more than a word that I lose or if I am talking to someone I don't miss more than a word, I don't think it is more than a second that I lose consciousness.  Besides-wouldn't I fall if it were longer?
