My youngest son (mid 30s) is on the Keto diet.  Very restrictive.  I keep pink Himalayan sea salt in stock for him as that is needed on that diet.

Urvashi Pitre (about to come out with an official Keto Instant Pot Cookbook) has a website as she has a gastric sleeve and follwo sa keto diet but she said she has a lot of high protein soups, etc., there:
