I have the world's worst cold just now. Not had one as bad in years. I have had a raised temperature (not that I've been able to take). I sometimes use a product called LemSip (in the UK). There is a caution (ask pharmacist) for people on benzodiazepines for epilesy. I asked as I was OK with Primidone and Clonazepam (and Tegretol). I have never checked before when I have taken Lemsip (which has a decongestant). Not sure about nasal sprays but have used Otrivine before (even without a cold). I don't find colds trigger seizures. But then everyone is different.
