I would send him without one, as he is going to have to live alone and handle the ep by himself. I have had ep all my life. I did babysitting at 12 and hoed beans and other farm work during my teens. When I went to college I worked pt first at an adult disabilities center, taking care of then, then switched to the children's center. I took care some that had cerebral palsy or szs. You cannot baby him forever, and as much as you want to be there for him, he's got to do things on his own. Good luck!
