Well Doris.. I'm on 400mg of Lamictal too. It has been the Medication that has finally gotten my seizures under control. I do take Trazadone for my Sleep insomnia though as, I wake up every couple of hours otherwise. So I understand what your going through cept still having seizures every month as I have only had 1 in the last 2 years.. :) Before then I was having atleast as many as you are now. I would ask the doctor about going on Trazadone to help w/ ur sleep insomnia.. Thats my advise but, I don't know what your doctor will say as we are all different..
