2 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups powdered milk
2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
2 cups sugar -- or equivalent sugar substitute
We don't like our cocoa overly sweet; if you want your mix sweeter, add more sugar. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Use the pulse feature a few times to thoroughly blend the contents. Store in a tight-fitting container labeled with name and date.
Yields: 9 1/2 cups (makes 50 - 76 generous cups of hot cocoa)
Shelf Life: 6 months
HOT COCOA
1 cup hot water
2 to 3 tablespoons Dry Master Hot Cocoa Mix
Add drink mix to hot water. Stir until dissolved
Yields: 1 serving.
