Re: [fast5] Re: New to Fast-5, Question about Metabolism?

I suppose over all I *am* eating less because there is no mindless snacking anymore.  And I always mentally minimized that.  Also these days I am doing very low carb so that changes things considerably.  But I am going to great lengths to be sure that each of my two meals contains the proper amount of protein for me  and plenty of good fat.  I just realized that I was not getting enough protein into my first meal and maybe not  consistantly  enough fat.  So today at noon I had 4 eggs ( ours are smallish)  cooked in bacon fat, 4 slices of bacon, and a lamb kidney, along with  1/3 cup blueberries and 3 T coconut shreds, plus another spoonful of  creamed coconut.   NOT a low cal meal...and I will still have my dinner.

I thought that Fast 5 does reduce your calorie intake but in a natural way. Do people here
still eat the same number of calories as before? since you are eating in a smaller window,
you just naturally consume fewer calories, right?
