During my window yesterday (usually 4-11pm, I know, 7 hours instead of 5 but I don't
have any weight to lose and people tell me I need to gain some), I had brown rice (1/8 c.
dry - I cook up a big batch at a time), bison heart and raw (unpasteurized) dairy - cheese,
sour cream and butter.
