[fast5] Re: Ch-eating?

Ellen, thanks for your post. It's good to hear from people who have
been on this protocol for a spell with success!

My second day yesterday went very well; I started with fresh OJ,
coffee with milk and old fashioned oatmeal... then had dinner toward
the end of the window with friends, excellent, healthy food in very
reasonable portions (I wasn't terribly hungry after the good
breakfast meal). My time ran over 1/2 hour but I felt great about
it! I think no guilt is an important part of the program.

I am breaking a ten day fast right into this program and it feels
very natural. I look forward to experiencing long term results and
reporting back here.
