I recently started fast5 five days ago. Surprisingly the hunger pains weren't that harsh, and today I experienced no hunger at all. I'm hoping this can be a new way of living for me with positive health benefits as well as weight loss. After 3 days I was down by 3.6 pounds and I had lost 4.75 inches! I have 20+ lbs to lose. My biggest problem is going to be patience :) It took me years to gain all this weight; but I want to lose it all in a matter of days :-) I'll be weighing myself weekly and I'm hoping it's all down hill from here. I'll definitely be posting frequently.
