I received a call today from the detective who is handling my case at the police department here in Austin. He has talked with the district attorney and the attorney general and they said that since I stood my ground and they did not make me leave or assault me that I do not have a criminal case but that I do have a strong case for civil discrimination, harassment.
He did say that this was the first time they encountered this type of case and that the department applauded me for standing my ground. The other detectives and officers would like to know the out come of my civil and ADA cases. They were shocked and felt I was insulted by offering me "A Free Meal".
