We have to get replacement magnets w/ bands from your neurologist`s office.Cyberonics does not sell them.Atleast we have to in Pa.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of that. The magnet is fine and I even have the repalcement magnet. It is the velcro on the band that isn't working. I am going to try a velcro watch band and see if that works.
