Tell him that if he does not want to sign and you get worse with pain, a law suit will be filed on him for pain and suffering. Tell him to contact the drs that recommend the power chair to find out why they are not concerned. You may be forced to get a lawyer to write a letter scaring them. It will work as drs don't want to be sued. Use the what if , to say I hurt myself without the chair, making it harder to heal, because they didn't want you to have chair. That's a lawsuit. Good luck.
