If you get ill from eating meat, the chances are your
digestion isn't working very well and you may have low
stomach acid. There are a number of possible causes
for this, but bottom line is, you should get the problem
fixed or you won't be absorbing nutrients correctly
no matter what kind of diet you go on.

My digestion is pretty messed up due to 30+ years
of undiagnosed celiac, but I do find F5 helps a
lot in this area. I'm guessing the enzymes get "saved up"
in the gall bladder or wherever and then there are more
handy to digest the food. But before that I took
enzyme pills with meals, and that helped.
