Yeh I have done the meditation part too and can do it while doing those exercises. I love doing it in the
bath as well while relaxing. I'm building my dream place and actually get to the place where can smell the
flowers see the curtains blowing u name it. Now know that a lot of people here, when the hear the word
meditation ...well not sure what they think but are not sure of,,,,hey and that is ok....What works for you,
what works for me that is all that counts.
Hey if want to dream am a millionaire nobody is going to stop me or disagree with it - right :))

When I am under stress more strange things happen that kind of could be
chalked up to weird epilepsy symptoms, but it's only afterwards when the
stress decreases that we see it was just stress. For example I had severe
hand contractures for a while due to stress. I couldn't even get coins out
of my wallet cos my hands were all curled up. The stress went - the
contractures stopped. The mind and body relationship is rather incredible.
I see a shrink and I learnt meditation a while ago which I can practice at
home. I worry about people who are not capable of de-stressing!
the kind of people I see on my cardiac ward!
I will try your recommendation in the morning, and if I can't sleep at night
as well. Sounds good. It is similar to what I do prior to meditation. I go
into a forest that smells of the wet leaves, and it is quiet except for
birds. I can hear a stream, everything is vivid and beautiful and not
disturbed, and I am just me, alone. Gorgeous place!
Actually, believe it or not, off-list in the real world I am a very chirpy
person. So much so that it annoys my sister in the morning (pre-coffee)
