Carla,

This sounds harder than it is. I taught my mother over the phone.

What you do is take your mouse and move the cursor to the first word you
want to paste. Than holding down the left mouse key move your cursor
over the words you want to paste. Than right mouse click and it will say
cut copy paste.

Hit copy, than go to anywhere and hit paste and the words will be there.
You can even copy paste to Microsoft word another email etc.

try typing one word in a clean email than trying to copy paste it in the
same email.
