Cauliflower with Cilantro - Qarnabit Ma'a Kuzbara

2 pounds cauliflower florets
2 cups cilantro -- chopped
4 cloves garlic -- mashed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups water
freshly ground black pepper
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and drop in the cauliflower florets. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove and drain. Place the florets on a cookie sheet, spray with olive oil spray and broil until golden brown.
Saute the cilantro, garlic, and pepper in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Add the broiled cauliflower, lemon juice and water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
