[fast5] Re: New to Fast-5, Question about Metabolism?

I am definitely eating less. In 5 hours there just isn't enough time
to do the grazing and extraneous eating I used to do pretty much
unconsciously. I am eating two good, healthy meals and feeling
great. I am definitely hungry by the time my window opens, but I
like the feeling of being empty before eating again! I fill up with
my two meals and never want extra snacky foods.

Best to all,
z2
