Ah, right! I did read the book, but skimmed that part since the
transition was simple for me coming straight off a ten day cleanse.
It is also very similar to the way my friend eats, so was not hard
for her either. Neither of us has ever really eaten breakfast, and
we do our big meal within the window we chose, 2-7.
She is hanging with the program and doing better. I think it's
adjustment; she only had the symptom a few times in over two weeks.
The comment from her nurse friend was the only thing that had her
questioning things. Again, thank you and everyone on the forum for
your quick response. You guys give great support!
I'm enjoying Fast 5 a lot! I get all the benefits of fasting--that
light, clean, clear feeling I love--AND I get to eat! What could be
better? Losing weight, slowly but surely!
