Having a "woozy" or "dizzy" feeling can also come from lower salt/sodium intake (usually the
dizzy feeling comes between standing up and sitting down). On other diets with low salt
intake, they often recommended drinking a few cups of broth other other low-calorie things
with lower salt intake. If there's something equivalent, that might be something to try. (Or
just ensuring you're getting enough sodium when you eat.)
