[fast5] Re: Health Related Question

"Cold turkey" refers to making the transition from a conventional eating schedule to F5
abruptly, with no transitional days of a modestly delayed break-fast in between.
The alternative, the adjustment approach, is described in the book -- delaying break-fast by
a small additional amount each day, so that the break-fast time is gradually pushed back
over several days to weeks.
