Hi all,
I havent been posting on here, if it hasnt been one thing it has been another
thing.  And now, my back has been really hurting, as it is bone rubbing against
bone again, and nothing is helping with the pain.
Im the only one here where I live and I have to drive and do everything here at
my house. I have to loose weight myself, so I have started juicing and just
eating alot of rabbit food. I also made some soft serve ice cream that is to die
for! I cant do alot of walking which my anixty is so high off the charts, along
with me having menapause added to the list! My emotions are just running ski
high! Anyway, Im just trying to eat better so I can loose weight, and I dont eat
fast foods or drinks cokes, and have stopped that all last christmas. So, with
all this going on, I just want to start posting again, and thanks for listening
to me.

Mathew,

I have given up Coke, I now drink coffee in the morning and at night with
dinner, not to worry I only drink mine black. I love going to places like
star bucks and ordering a black coffee to see the dumb looks on their faces.
You can just hear them say to themselves
"I don't know how to make black coffee" . LOL (Smile)

I take my meds with the healthy juices that my husbands makes at his work,
other than that I drink water all day.

I was a 4 can a day more if I was stressed out.

I went for another walk today with Rocky, we stopped halfway and played ball
and than continued on for a full 1-1/2 walk and some of it is rock and rocks
that make natural stairs so it is rough terrain.
I know I am getting an added benefit from that as well.

I have been having a few seizures and my doctor is talking about a knee
replacement but I am hoping with weight lose and exercise I can hold that
off for the way off future.
