I have given up Coke, I now drink coffee in the morning and at night with
dinner, not to worry I only drink mine black. I love going to places like
star bucks and ordering a black coffee to see the dumb looks on their faces.
You can just hear them say to themselves
"I don't know how to make black coffee" . LOL (Smile)
I take my meds with the healthy juices that my husbands makes at his work,
other than that I drink water all day.
I was a 4 can a day more if I was stressed out.
I went for another walk today with Rocky, we stopped halfway and played ball
and than continued on for a full 1-1/2 walk and some of it is rock and rocks
that make natural stairs so it is rough terrain.
I know I am getting an added benefit from that as well.
I have been having a few seizures and my doctor is talking about a knee
replacement but I am hoping with weight lose and exercise I can hold that
off for the way off future.
