See.... you CAN do it!!!
And one way to enhance it is to get rid of all the stuff in your kitchen that you can just open and eat... like boxes of crackers, bags of chips, ice cream, cookies, and replace them with stuff you have to get up and cook!
Secondly, get rid of the Cheese in your fridge and don't buy any more! A lot of people gain weght by melting cheese over Nachos or in a Taco, and since you're in charge, you can have as much cheese as you want, not thinking about the fat you'll be gaining.
And last but not least, get rid of the Soda Pop in your fridge and don't buy any more! There's tons of Sugar in them! The ones that say Sugar free, leave a dry taste in your mouth craving to drink more! On it's own, your body burns fat to produce the sugar it needs in your blood. But if you have a meal with a drink of something sweet, the fat just gets stored! Notice how a lot of really fit people just drink bottled water? It's no use going to a Gym to work out, if your idea of water is a bottle of Pop or Fruitopia, or a Slurpie.
These three things were really hard for me to give up, especially going out with friends and ordring Nachos with double cheese, but cancelling them out really helped me lose weight!
It forced my body to burn my existing fat to produce the blood-sugar it needs, rather than letting it store more fat where I don't want it!
