I have used Splenda since before it was in the USA and have had no problem

Is it ok then for diabetics to use stevia or agave nectar? The diaticians
told him to use splenda so I've been leary of trying the others as we're
back in crisis mode with another nasty diabetic ulcer and severely broken
foot
(neuropathy so he didn't feel pain and this is a BAD break - no med
insurance!) I don't want to mess up the sugars in his diet!
