Re: [epilepsy] tired

Diane,

I can sympathize with the email volume on this list- it is huge and I know I
certainly contribute to the problem. Especially while being unemployed. When
I'm busier the volume gets too much for me too and I go to the no-mail
setting.

You can send a blank e-mail to epilepsy-nomail@yahoogroups.com to turn the
emails off, and a blank email to xxx-normal@yahoogroups.com if you want to
turn them back on. Nobody can do it for you because your email address needs
to be in the "From:" header.

[OK technically they can send a fake SMTP header because you can do anything
on the Internet but I don't think anyone on the epilepsy list is faking
headers.]

Since I have nothing better to do these days I searched through my Inbox and
my Trash and my Sent Items folder for "Diane" to find the guilty party and I
couldn't find anybody. I suspect that email was (inadvertently?) CC-ed to
you personally among other people who are on the list, and changing your
epilepsy list preferences is irrelevant to that.

Just a friendly reminder: Please remember to sign your post and remember to clean up messages when you reply to them.  This is especially important if you are on digest.  This not only helps out the list owner but, it makes messages much easier to read when they arrive in our inboxes.
