Yes you are right. I am on my second appeal - and first denial from a lawyer. It was a company call disability group. They sounded like they knew what they were doing but, looks can b deceiving.

Hi Charles,

I'm a little confused. Are you saying that you have been denied twice
by the government for disability, or that two lawyers have declined
to represent you? My third guess is that you are on your second
appeal and the lawyer you chose has declined to take you on as a
client. In any case, my advice is to keep plugging. The third time's
the charm, and I've heard of many people who are denied twice and get
disability on their third try. Make sure you find a lawyer or law
firm that specializes in disability.
