Yep same story. I sometimes get emails from this list that I could have
written. Except my backspace key works.

I remembered them when I was a teenager but now they usually strike like
lightning. They lay you back down carefully with your memory of them totally
erased- it's pretty impressive actually. You can only tell they happened
because of a weird unpleasant emotion that you never get otherwise-
something feels very wrong.

I started going around in circles at work one day and couldn't seem to get
anything done. Then I clicked on one of the editor tabs and found the spot
where I had been typing, right where the fffffffffffffffffgsvdfbvc letters
appeared. Oh, no wonder. During the "f"s I was seeing it explode (I often
remember this) with a rapidly expanding region of visual confusion right in
my center of vision, rapidly expanding until it's everywhere. Then the other
letters were obviously during the fall. It wasn't a backspace thing LOL...

I get ones that are like glancing blows sometimes. A few months ago I was
standing at the sink one day and one hit. The whole thing ended before I
lost consciousness but my legs had already turned to jelly and I was halfway
to the ground, holding onto the sink with my arms. I was able to stand right
back up and say "Wow did you see that!" to my wife. We were both like, holy
crap.
