I have had a couple of them done myself in the past. The last one I had was
in May, which that time I only had to stay a day and a half. After being
weaned off the medicine, that is all the time they needed for me to have the
seizure. Take plenty of stuff to do and I took plenty of food with me.It was
only snacks and stuff, but I hate hospital food. My boyfriend ate all that
garbage. If I would have been there any longer I would have ordered me
something to eat. I also took all the medications I had with me, since
medicaid wouldn't pay for them while I was in the hospital. I don't know
what kind of insurance you have, but I just know that is the way mine is. I
hope your son doesn't have to stay long.Take care.
