[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re:crispy, crunchy!

 

I think the method would work, but to get low carb you have to use low carb tortillas. Mission makes a very low carb tortilla along with a very tasty and moderately low carb multigrain tortilla. I think I would probably roll them out thinner, preferably with a pasta machine. I'd use a canola oil spray instead of butter.

We make tostadas and enchiladas with the low carb tortillas.
