The total carbs are the same and the amount of fiber is the same. The difference is in the processing of the wheat so that it is less absorbable. It important to not exceed the recommended cooking time or the "protective coating" breaks down and the carbs are fully absorbable.
People's experience with Dreamfield's varies a great deal. Some say it works well, others not.
