Pre-holiday greetings to all the members of this group!
I thank you all for taking the time to share your opinions and encouragement with others. Thanks largely to this group, the Fast-5 lifestyle is a tool used around the world to improve health. I also thank those of you who have made a donation to Fast-5 to help us cover expenses. Since we do not have advertising or corporate sponsorship, it has been very helpful.
Fast-5 Corporation is a non-profit organization with no employees, two volunteer workers including one unpaid officer (me) and an unpaid board of six directors, all of whom have experience with the Fast-5 lifestyle.
The accumulated experience with the Fast-5 approach warrants a serious push into mainstream media and research. This push would do more than improve individual and public health; with more people aware of the Fast-5 approach and less contrary social pressure, it will make it easier for people to adopt and practice.
Learning about the Fast-5 lifestyle is free and it always will be. We can do much more and you can help:
1) To whatever extent it is within your means, please make a tax-deductible donation.
2) If anyone you know has the means to make a large donation, we request your introduction. We would welcome the opportunity to talk with him/her in person about Fast-5 and the critical, magnified role a contribution to Fast-5 Corporation would play compared to making the same contribution to a large, well-known recipient.
