Just something that's been on my mind.... Are myoclonic jerks during sleep (aka hypnic jerks) seizures? I haven't had a seizure in over a year now thanks to a left temporal lobectomy, but I've been experiencing these quick and sudden jerks that wake me up at night... about one or two a night. Is this normal or do I need to inform my neurologist?
