Hi David,
If you think that the Atival, or not enough Atival, is causing your
current problems, I would put a call in to the doctor who prescribed
it. Ask to speak to his or her nurse and briefly explain the problem.
Most doctors will either call back themselves to talk to you, or
after speaking to their nurse, will have the nurse relay some
instructions to you.
