My 11-year-old son recently had his Keppra adjusted to 2500 mg daily, and he weighs about 115#. The doctor's office said there is still room to increase his dosage.

I guess I'll just keep with it and hope things improve. My neuro said she has some patients that take 3000 mg a day. I only weigh 120#, so thought that would put my needs at the lower end of the spectrum, but maybe it has nothing to do with that. Thanks to you all for your input.
