[epilepsy] Problems when knealing and szs

Hi

On Thursday I decided to have a blitz in my room, it was
getting in a bit of a mess. I had to kneel down quite a lot
and in the past when ever I have knelt for any length of
time I have had a sz some time later. After kneeling for
about an hour on and off putting stuff away and sorting
boxes out, I started to feel dizzy, knowing that if I stayed
down there any longer I would have a fit. Does anyone else
have this problem and what actually causes it? In the past
this has happened and I have actually past out or had a sz
and the doctor had to be called. Sometimes you have to kneel
down to do things. Since Thursday I have felt really tired.

Regards

Adrien

I think it all depends on sz frequency and severity. It can
also be hard to tell which does which if you have an
underlying/complicating condition, as I do.

I saw my neurologist yesterday; he said yeah these seizures
are causing damage, you know. He says they make you ditzy
(forgetful).

They're actually having meetings now with a bunch of
surgeons talking about cutting my head open and laying a
surface grid down underneath the skull in a pair of
surgeries.
