I've not had my thyroid checked but I don't seem to be having any problems

Thanks Karen, oddly enough my temperatures in the morning and afternoon have
been going up, so it seems like my thyroid has been improving WITHOUT taking
any thyroid glandulars. I ran out about a week before I started Fast 5 (1.5
weeks ago). I don't know whether to attribute that to the fasting or the
summer weather. I'm assuming that's a good thing!
