I think I would get a second opion from a different doctor. My doctor tells me seizures can happened in all different forms. She has me keep a diary and from time to time has a family member come in to tell her their observations. I was told finger fumbling can be a form of seizure just as staring can. The shaky sure shounds the way I feel after seizures. Have you had her trough levels on her meds checked lately. The fact that it happened four times in a short period of time would make me think seizure. There are a lot of different types of seizures. My best to your daughter and you as her caretaker.

My daughter was in the car with me yesterday. This is what she says
happened. What kind of seizure does this sound like to u.
She was in the car, sitting in seat, felt her head fly back (like in a GM)
then her eyes rolled back in her head, came too and started to cry and was
really shaky - entire time after her head flew back. This happened 4
different times in the car (while it was parked) within a 2 hr span.
Any ideas?? Her drs seem to think these are non-epi(s)
