Your times seem allot like mine. I was seventeen in '74 when my seizures began and was diagnosed with epilepsy. I was driving for about a year, and continued to drive, crash and total a few of my cars. I had an unsuccessful left temporal lobotomy in '96, I totaled another car of mine and gave up driving in '98. I'm now sick of public transportation and my lack of ability to travel and see others. My seizures remain to be refractory/uncontro

Hi James,
Your name caught me since I am a Mc too. I had left temporal about
12 years ago, after having epilepsy for about 35 years. Post the surgery, I have never had another seizure of any kind during the day, however I do get them a couple of times every month when asleep. It is so much better this way I think, since I was able to get my license after such a long time. My seizures started when I was 17 and had a dilly of auto accident. I wish you luck in persuing efforts to find out more about this as it is such a super possibility of possible way to control or eliminate seizures. Keep positive and please let us know how it goes or what you may decide. Take care.
