I know what you mean,but the group here is a best place to start. See I just has another seizure myself,last week and this morning too. The group is a good place to start and beside its a cheap way to have someone to hear me. And like I said its free too lol.
I know there are time you get scare when the seizure happens.I get scare too.But I need someone to talk too. And that where I'm gracefull for the group. So just give the group a shot.

Just had another seizure about 2 wks ago, thoutht I try this group talking discussing. Not to good with computers, I don't know them and they hate me. Its hard to find people to talk to when you have seizures. Had them all my life, just didn't know what they where until we moved to Alabama and had my first grandma seizure. WOW! Thats been 21 years ago, I'm now 37 with 2 young boys and trying to take care of my parents. In Alabama if a person has a seizure they are not allowed to drive for six months for the first seizure and one year for the second one. It's fun trying to find transportation to work and go go town when my parents are not able to help. My oldest had seizures when he was small, he's been off his meds for couple of years. My other son is ok. Thank God. It's been a up hill battle all my life and I just want to talk, to get to know other people who have seizures. Feels good to get this stuff off of my chest! Thank you for listening to me.
