Thanks for the posts. I am still struggling with adding more days to the fast-5.
I am also starting to not do as well following the plan during the week too. I know that stress is a big part of it. I also have had trouble sleeping and have "craved" a soda for not just the caffeine but for the sugar. (I am allergic to nutrasweet so can't just grab a diet soda.) Twice this week I had soda in the late morning then figured I had screwed up and ate lunch too.
The scale is starting to go a little upward and I am feeling really defeated.
Has anyone here ever just gone on a water fast for a few days to jump start things again?
