[fast5] Re: Intro

Erica,
I actually had my thyroid removed two years ago due to cancer which is yet another reason I think it's been difficult for me to lose weight. I must say, it's still very, very, very early but I am feeling better with each day. It's that feeling that is keeping me moving forward to the next day. Fast-5 could be the answer for me.
Erica, are you on thyroid meds to compensate for it's being underactive?
Boy, we seem to have some things in common?!
